The adopt-a-book program is a wonderful way to increase the FES Library collection and is a permanent
gift from your child to our library. This year-round program is a great way to celebrate a birthday, honor someone special
(grandparent or teacher), proclaim a new baby, memorialize a loved one or remember other special occasions like Mother's Day.
Last year,
we added 228 books to the library through the adopt-a-book program. This year, we would like to add 250 books to the FES library. With your help, we can reach this goal!
The books
have been pre-purchased by the PTA and your child selects one of these to donate to the library. Each book is personalized
with a bookplate indicating the adoption information (child's name, date, and honoree). Your child will then be the first
to take this book home to read for a few days. Dr. Kight will also be recognizing each student during announcements.
If
your family would like to adopt-a-book, please complete the bottom portion and send it along with $12 in cash or check made
payable to Farmington PTA in an envelope marked adopt-a-book in your child's take home folder.
